  1. Health insurance coverage available with premiums fully or mostly paid (depending on the plan chosen) for eligible employees working 30 hours or more hours per week.

  4. All eligible employees can make pre-tax contributions toward out-of-pocket health expenses and child care through a Flexible Spending Account plan.
